Shipping & Returns

Shipping Timeframe

All electric fireplaces ship FREE via UPS and FedEx ground. Please view the specific product description for shipping details. There are no additional packing or handling charges.

At US Electric Fireplaces, your order is processed immediately and normally ships within 48 hours. During the holiday seasons, orders may be processed within 3-5 days due to backorders or increased popularity of items. However, this is certainly the exception.

If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified. Please notify us if a delay is not acceptable.

At the present time, we only ship within the continental United States.

Returns

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of receiving the order. The only exception is regarding a manufacturer error or damage, in which case we must be notified within 30 days. See additional conditions below. If you have any questions about our return policy please free free to call or email us.

  • The product must be in new and original condition.
  • You must start the return process within 90 days of receiving the product. Just initiate a return by contacting us through email or phone.
  • You must return all the original packaging. 
  • Returns which do not include all packaging or are started after 90 days will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
  • Unfortunately, custom products cannot be return. 
  • If you paid for shipping, we will refund you the full purchase price of the product as well as shipping.
  • Please email or call us before shipping back the product. We may have you ship it to a different location depending on the product. We will respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges  

Exchanges are handled similar to returns. You can exchange your product within 90 days of receiving the order. Exchanges after 90 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. See additional conditions below.

  • The product must be in new and original condition.
  • You must return all the original packaging. Returns which do not include all packaging will be accessed an additional 10% fee.
  • Unfortunately, custom products cannot be exchanged.
  • There may be additional shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Please email or call us before shipping back the product. Again, we may have you ship it to a different location depending on the product. We will respond within 24 hours.

Refunds  

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:

  • The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper: 3-7 business days.
  • The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it: 1-2 business days.
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request: 5-10 business days.

Understanding Shipping Days

Shipping days as calculated by FedEx, UPS or the USPS are business days. Shipping days do not include the day that the package was shipped. If an order is placed on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday. Overnight shipping means that the package will be delivered on Wednesday. 2nd day Air means that the package will be delivered on Thursday and so on and so forth. Note that a Monday order with overnight shipping does not mean you will receive the order on Tuesday. Likewise, a Thursday order with overnight shipping will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday. Weekends and holidays do not count as a shipping day. If you absolutely need an order the next day, please call us to see if we can arrange shipment on the same day and we'll do everything we can to make it happen!
